The Annuloplasty Ring of Claim

Saturday, July 17th, 2010

The annuloplasty ring of claim 5, encourages – comprising: (a) an open configuration where the first section that joins said second section by means of the second to join them and the final seconds of the first section and the said distal end of the second flexible section that are unattached, (b) a closed configuration where the first section that is attached to the second section the first and second, that the means for joining, thereby forming a loop, and (c) a surgical setting where the first section that is attached to the second section the first said means for joining and second flexible section that is attached to the needle near said means for joining the distal end of the second flexible section such that a needle.

The annuloplasty ring of claim 4, wherein the distal end more flexible section further comprises a hollow inner portion with an internal diameter approximately equal to outer diameter of the tip of the needle and tie the contract that is between internal frictional this diameter and external diameter of the end of the tether.

The annuloplasty ring of claim 1, wherein the first section that is rigid with first and second ends that are substantially straight first, that section further having an arc between the first and second ends.

The annuloplasty ring of claim 1, encouraged – to classify the media cover the ring.

A Ring Annuloplasty to Repair a Valve in the Heart of a Patient

Wednesday, July 14th, 2010

jantung

1. A ring annuloplasty to repair a valve in the heart of a patient, said annuloplasty ring include: (a) a first section adjacent to the valve implant and (b) a second flexible section to implement within a fat pad an atrioventricular groove in the heart.

2. The annuloplasty ring of claim 1, wherein said second flexible section comprises a proximal end and a distal end and the means to assemble a needle distal end.

3. The annuloplasty ring of claim 2, encourages – encompassing a needle that is tying the end with an outer diameter.

4. The annuloplasty ring of claim 3, where such means to assemble the needle distal end comprising a frictional contract.

5. The annuloplasty ring of claim 4, where the first section further includes a first and second end, said first and second ends having outer diameter, the annuloplasty ring further – comprising: (a) a first means for joining the distal end the second section flexible second end of the first section, and (b) means for assembling the second proximal end of the second flexible section to the first end of the first section.

6. The annuloplasty ring of claim 5, where first means to assemble such a contract comprises frictional and second means to assemble such a contract comprises frictional.

7. The annuloplasty ring of claim 6, where such external diameters of the first and second ends is approximately equal to the diameter of the hollow inner portion and the first contract that said frictional means for joining are from the inner diameter of the hollow inner portion at the distal end and said outer diameter such that the second end, and the contract that of the second frictional media is among those to join the inner diameter of the hollow inner portion in diameter near the end and outside that of the first end said.
